1. Questions about our Nail Wraps

We design all of Miss Sophie's designs ourselves. We focus on nail trends from New York and are inspired by the latest fashion, as well as famous nail bloggers, so that we can make the most beautiful and cool designs for you. New designs and colors come to the shop just in time for the new season – always. This makes sure that your nail are always the color of now.
Note that screen color may not reflect the actual color and are therefore not binding. The colors displayed on the screen (light colors) may vary and the original colors (body colors) differ depending on the setting and display.
The material of our Nail Wraps is similar to that of nail polish, but it has been processed differently for Nail Wraps. This is what makes our Nail Wraps paper-thin so they perfectly rest on your nails. Miss Sophie's Nail Wraps consist of a carrier sheet, printed with different colors and designs. Our nail Nail Wraps are made of recyclable material and are subject to the CE marking. Sustainability and animal welfare are very important to us, which is why our Nail Wraps are produced without animal testing.

2. Questions about the application

One set includes 24 Nail Wraps in different sizes. If you cut them in the middle, you can use a Nail Wrap twice. So one usually comes with four uses. However, a worn Nail Wrap cannot be reused.
Our Nail Wraps last up to two weeks if you seal them with a thin layer of Miss Sophie's top coat. To free them clean your nails first with acetone-nail polish remover, grease and dirt. We also recommend something to push back the cuticles before, so the Nail Wrap is not accidentally glued over the cuticles. Because in this case, unfortunately, it can come off the nail.
If necessary a strengthening base coat can be used. If you would like gel nails to go back to natural nails - in this case, a base coat for extra protection and the development of the natural nail is very good.
That is absolutely no problem! Our Nail Wraps are so thin you can easily trim out excess length if there's a little too much. A little tip: So you can also make the biggest Nail Wraps, which are intended for toenails, just cut and use them for your fingernails!
To remove the Nail Wraps from your fingernail, they simply wipe off with a Nagellackentfernertuch or with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover. Place the pad or cloth on your nail and let it soak in briefly - the Nail Wrap is released and can be removed with the pad or cloth as conventional nail polish. If nail glue residue persists on the nail, then you can remove it with simple nail oil. Please do not pull the Nail Wrap back from the nails, as this can damage the nails.

Miss Sophie's came from a personal problem that founder Sophie Kühn encountered during her semester abroad in southern France. She noticed how fast her and her friends' nail polish kept chipping, especially at the beach. That's when she researched and came across a new product – Nail Wraps! She tested and improved on them until she was happy. Nail Wraps replace nail polish, and last longer, with easy and stylish designs!
We are a Berlin-based startup, which was founded in December, 2014. We consist of many creative people who enrich our team and our brand steadily Miss Sophie's filled with lots of personality.

4. Shipping

At Miss Sophie's you pay safe, fast and convenient. The following payment methods we have for you to choose from:

In checkout you can find under your order summary, the box labeled "gift card or discount code". Enter the exact coupon code and click on "Apply".
Once all the steps of the checkout process are passed and you got a confirmation email from us. Note that the specified delivery time is one by mail only after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

International Buyers - Import duties, taxes and charges are not in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are charged to the purchaser. Inquire before buying at the customs office of your country, incur the additional costs. Miss Sophie's is not responsible for any additional fees or customs fees charged by your country to retrieve your package.
Yes. We ship with DHL and thus can also supply packing stations.

Note that our standard suppliers is currently DHL and therefore we can not deliver to Hermes parcel shops.

5. Ordering

The "Store" tab takes you to the overview of our Nail Wraps, nail file and Top Coat. By clicking on the button "Add to Shopping Cart" You put your selection in the virtual shopping cart. Top right of the navigation bar is your shopping cart - this you have during your order process at any time access and can make changes. By clicking on the button "Checkout" you close your order now and will be redirected to the log-in / to register. Then you can complete your address / packing station information and click through you until payment option there. Check your order and lock up your order by clicking on "Buy". Further support you get displayed at each step of the order on the current page.

Note that a refund can only be considered if the products are unopened and unused returned to us. Add our customer service through our contact an email. There you get a return receipt with which you can return your order to us - of course, at no cost to you. Once the return has been received and we have checked this, you get a credit from us.
